Stuart Milstein formed Drake Street Partners in 2015 to create value in the New York metro real estate market for investors. Prior to Drake Street Partners, Mr. Milstein was a senior vice president at Beacon Capital Partners responsible for acquisitions and asset management in the New York area and a Vice President in the Acquisitions and Capital Markets Group at Vornado Realty Trust where he was responsible for acquisitions, note purchases, and asset financing, particularly in the New York market. Mr. Milstein also worked at Clarion Partners and in investment banking at Bear Stearns real estate group and at Laidlaw Equities.
Mr. Milstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Young Men’s / Women’s Real Estate Association and Urban Land Institute.
